Earning a real estate license and being successful in real estate are not the same. The space between what is and what can be is called opportunity.  

To be successful, a plan must be grounded in knowledge and seen through to the end.  The path to success is paved in service of one's goals, not the ease with which it can be traversed. So whether it takes pouring over reports or two dozen phone calls, brandishing a shovel or schmoozing a gatekeeper, I say it with delight: I’m your guy.
